What we store
The service schedules merges, so it stores what is needed to identify a pull request, act on it at the right moment, and show you what happened.

We do not store the contents of your code, your commits, or your pull request descriptions. Comments are read only to look for a command, and comments that are not on a pull request are discarded without being examined.
Why we are allowed to
Performing the contract you entered into when you installed the app and, for keeping records of what was merged and when, our legitimate interest in being able to show you and audit what the service did on your behalf.
Who else processes it

There is no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking on this site. No cookies are set beyond the one that keeps you signed in, and no fonts or scripts are loaded from other domains.
How long we keep it
Schedules and their history are kept while your installation exists, so that the record of what was merged remains available to you. Uninstalling the app stops all processing, and you can erase the remaining records yourself at any time from Your data. Requests sent to the address above are acted on within one month.
Your rights
You can download a copy of your data, delete your account, or delete a workspace and everything in it from Your data, without asking anyone. For correction, objection, or anything those buttons do not cover, write to [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch data protection authority.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means the updated policy applies.
