Start with the documentation — commands, Azure DevOps install, and repository configuration are there.

If that does not answer it, email ruan.mentz@arcadia-studios.nl. Include the organization or repository name, the pull request, and what you expected to happen.

GitHub

Install the GitHub App on the account or organization that owns the repository. A comment on a pull request is ignored unless the App is installed there and you have write access.

Azure DevOps

Install the Scheduled-PR extension, then create a personal access token with Code: Read & write and paste it in Repos → Scheduled-PR. Scheduled-PR does not create a token for you. Commenting a command needs Contribute on the repository. When the token expires, Reconnect with a new one. The full steps are in the documentation.

Billing for GitHub Marketplace plans is managed on GitHub. Stripe billing for Azure DevOps is on the billing page when you are signed in.
